Damages/Defect:
Any item in order that is defect or damaged during transit will be fully refundable or qualify for a free replacement at no cost to you. Photographic evidence must be provided.
A claim must be filed with customer service notifying them of any defective, missing parts/hardware or damaged merchandise within three (3) business days of receipt.

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time as long as order has not been processed (which will be just days before it's shipped).

Deliveries:
When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with tracking & carrier information. You will also be able to track your order within your account.
Please note heavy freight orders take 1-3 weeks to deliver. Freight carriers will schedule a delivery appointment 1-5 days prior delivery.
Most our products are shipped with FedEx, UPS and USPS. Any delivery/shipping questions please reach out to carrier directly.
Freight LTL orders can be delivered without a signature only if customer sends a written e-mail to carrier.
If customer confirms a freight LTL delivery but does not accept order on appointment, there will be a re-delivery fee.
Freight LTL orders are delivered curb side (White glove service is available and can be arranged directly with carrier) & must have a valid phone number provided. Without a valid phone number order will be returned and subject to fees.

If you ordered more than 1 quantity or multiple products, they will ship based on availability and not always together.

Additional policies:
• We only ship within USA (48 states)
• To qualify for a refund, ALL returns MUST be approved prior sending back.
• All diecast returns must be returned in brand new, unopened and unused condition.
• In the case of frozen, refrigerated and perishable products damage must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery date.
• To qualify for a refund please note policy: 'The product cannot be damaged, open, spoiled or expired. If the product is refrigerated or frozen, it will get spoiled in transit unless it is packed correctly. If product is not in acceptable condition we can not refund.
• Buyers remorse returns are subject to fees
• Furniture items, we cannot issue a full refund for something that can be fixed with parts.
• Assembled/drilled/altered products can not be returned
• No refunds/credit can be granted if customer returns order to incorrect address
• We are unable to update a delivery address once order is shipped.
• Customer must provide us a tracking number to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed 7-15 business days after delivery back.
• Orders that have been shipped can not be cancelled.

Returns:
All our products (besides Fanmats items) can be returned within 30 days of delivery date and have manufacturer warranty.
Made to order products (vehicle accessories) and perishable goods (such as food) cannot be returned however.
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Standard return/buyers remorse are subject to shipping (& in some cases restocking) fees.
Additional non-returnable items: Some health and personal care items and Frozen and Perishable Goods.
Buyers remorse/intercepted packages are subject to shipping fees both ways with additional restocking fees.
Orders returned without prior return authorization can not be refunded.
